Jay-Z was spotted with Alicia Keys at his video shoot for his third single “Empire State of Mind” looking ridiculous. What he’s wearing is shamelessly embarrassing for a "New York Nigga". It’s an outfit that has no direction,But what’s even scarier is that he thought he did a great job putting this together because he had the nerve to wear it to a video shoot to be viewed by millions. Where is Kanye West, He wouldn’t have allowed this. It’s obvious Kanye was not around for Jay-Z to Xerox his outfit.
