It looks as though Lil Wayne may be headed to the pen. A source tells All Hip Hop.com that he will accept an 8 month bid in jail today over his alleged involvement with a loaded .40-caliber pistol gun found on his tour bus while in New York in 2007. If he doesn’t accept the plea deal he could face up to 15 years in jail for each count of criminal weapons possession and criminal possession of a loaded gun. The source also tells All Hip Hop that he is expected to begin his jail term in February 2010
