At the recent MTV Video Music Awards, the world witnessed a new "YMCMB" fashion trend that has many Hip-Hop heads scratching their heads — Jeggings? with a pair of "Strawberry/Kiwi" Vans.
Otherwise known as the lovechild of jeans and leggings, Jeggings are a hybrid of denim and spandex loved by teenage girls.
The pants Lil Wayne performed at the VMAs in were actually Women's jeggings, presumably worn in a very large size to look more like the jeans and less like the leggings part of the equation. Clothing label Tripp NYC confirmed on their Facebook page that the leopard bottoms are actually a women's style, and available for purchase on Karmaloop.com for $44.

I'm also not feelin dudes trying to turn "Hip Hop" into "Hip Rock". Lil Wayne's last album (The Carter III) sold "1 Million" copies it first week. Word is his latest album (The Carter VI) is on track to do the same thing or very close to it by week’s end on September 4th.
