Kevin Garnett was spotted leaving his hotel in New York City wearing a pair of Gucci nylon leather lace-up sneakers ($385) and what also appears to be a Gucci engraved buckle belt ($325) . The Boston Celtics star was reportedly in town to sit in on the ongoing NBA labor negotiations.
