With the acquisition of Chris Paul and Chauncey Billups, the Clippers have done something we thought would never happen: they built a playoff team around Blake Griffin! Since we now know the NBA and David Stern have too much power over the trade game, the Lakers were unable to acquire Paul, due to NBA owners saying "the Lakers would be too great, too soon."
