Kobe was asked if his 2012 Olympic Team had to play the Dream Team of 1992, who would win? Kobe said, "alot of those guys were at the end of their careers. They were alot older. I think we would pull it out." Charles Barkley got wind of Kobe's comments and countered, " How old is Kobe now, 34? Me and Mike (Jordan) were only 29 when we were on the 1992 team."
Barkley went on to say only Kobe, LeBron, and Kevin Durant are the only three that would've made the 1992 team. In my opinion, he left out Russell Westbrook. Westbrook would definitely make the cut. I can't say the same for Carmelo, Chris Paul (maybe), and Tyson Chandler. Blake Griffin might've made it back then.
The question remains, who would have won? I guess its just like asking would Muhammed Ali have beaten Mike Tyson? Well, if Iron Mike caught Ali with one of those left hooks, Ali would have gone night-night. Let us know who you think would win the match-up between the 1992 Dream Team and the 2012 Olympic Team. It sure would've been one hell of a match-up. UPDATE: Due to a knee injury, Blake Griffin will miss the 2012 games in London. 1992 Dream Team wins 125-112. Ha!  Cali "O"
