BREAKING NEWS: THE KIDD IS BACK!! JASON KIDD NAMED HEAD COACH FOR THE BROOKLYN NETS!!

Jason Kidd, who retired from playing basketball less than a week ago, was recently named as the new head coach of the Brooklyn Nets. It was a toss up between Kidd and former Laker Guard Brian Shaw, but in the end, Jason Kidd won. This is ironic, because this is the same team Kidd led to the NBA Finals back in 2002 and 2003, respectively. 
Deron Williams and the team are happy to have Kidd as their new coach, who is still young enough to relate to the new generation of players. We did a post on Kidd's retirement last week, but it seems a new career is just beginning. We wish Kidd the best, as he ushers in a new era in Brooklyn.
