Legendary skateboarder Brian Anderson is ready to debut his new Nike SB's! Dubbed "Project BA", the Bay-area legend is certainly not new to the SB game, or having a pair of signature sneakers.
"The idea behind the Nike Project BA evolved by using the insights to
skateboarding performance which Anderson provided, fully immersing
himself in the entire footwear design process. The shoe offers superior
stability and protection, including Lunarlon, which delivers lightweight
responsive cushioning and an Ortholite sockliner which delivers
un-rivaled dynamic support."
Above is Brian Anderson's first pair of Nike SB's, which hit the market back in 2010. A Hi-Top SB with camo panels, chocolate Brown suede, and electric Orange laces and Swoosh made these limited edition joints official. The gum sole put a nice finishing touch on these SB's.
Above is a flick from the 2010 campaign to promote Brian's first SB's out in Europe and the UK. Nike marketing is parallel to no other.
The "Project BA" SB's feature a nice red suede leather front panel, then finished from midway with a nice premium red leather overlay.
