As if you really needed a reminder..The NOTORIOUS "Royal Blue" Penny Foamposite One dropped today. These shoes first released in 1997 & 14 years latter they're still ahead of their time. These are personally one of my favorite shoes EVER!.

In 1997 they also dropped the matching hat!. I NEED THAT HAT.. I'm not a EBAY dude but I might have to resort to it. UNLESS NIKE SAVES THE DAY! LOL ("Hey, they've done it in the past").

Real "Foamposite Heads" will rejoice in a few weeks with the re-release of the shoe that started this Foamposite thing. The Royal Foamz will be hitting shelves on "February 12,2010" & they will be running usual Foamposite prices ($200 retail).

FELLAS: These joint will be dropping 2 days before "Valentines Day" so don't let your girl see you wearing some crispy $220 Foamz & you don't even have a card. That isn't a good look, no matter how "real" you keep it with your girl.

LADIES: If you have a man who you know will Loves Foamposites these are the perfect gift. However I DON'T recommend you go out their trying to camp out for them (just give him the bread & let him handle the rest!).

The "Eggplant & Copper" Foamz were huge releases. The 2009 Eggplant's were so popular Nike re-released them the following year, & the Coppers receive the highest praise in most sneakerhead's conversation's. However this "Pewter" situation is really bananas. These shoes should have been called the "Delorian's" because they are truly the embodiment of "The Present/Future". The Nike Foamposite One Pewter will shake the world on "March 18,2010" ($200).

In 1997 when Nike first released the Foamposite One's they also had released a matching cap that not only matched the color scheme of the shoe but it featured real "Foamposite" material on the bill of the cap!. I been wishing on the stars for this hat to re-release for years, lol. Hopefully well see it return in the near future.
