Rap mogul Jay-Z will be performing at Radio City Music Hall tonight as part of the "World Basketball Festival" weekend. I was already happy to be attending but talk about "icing on the cake!!". Who better to represent NYC this weekend than the "Big Homie"!!. It's definitely going down in a big way.
