THROWBACK THURSDAYS: THE AIR JORDAN TRADING CARDS!!

When you speak of an athlete that has kept his value 10 years after he played his last game, you can only be speaking of Michael Jordan. I tried to get away from doing a Jordan topic for this week's "Throwback Thursdays" edition, but I came across something that sparked my intrigue. The Jordan trading cards, which started when "His Airness" was a rookie out of North Carolina, holds more value today then it did 20 years ago. 
Air Jordan's trading cards, mostly from his stunning career as a Chicago Bulls leader, still sell from a minimum of $1,000 all the way up to $25,000. If you're lucky enough to hold an autographed card, it could be worth upwards of $50,000. Not bad for a retired baller, who still gets $80 million a year from Jordan Brand, Gatorade, 2K Sports video games, and 80% owner of the Charlotte Bobcats.
I pay attention to details. Notice the cards where Michael is wearing your favorite kicks from his Jordan Brand. For sneakerheads, these cards are truly priceless.  Cali "O" #ThrowbackThursdays #TheAirIbreathe
