THE DOERNBECHER AIR JORDAN III'S RETURN!!

The Doernbecher Air Jordan III's were designed by a young man named Cole Johanson. Cole was battling Lymphoma, and he used that battle as inspiration for these kicks. The words "Strength" and "Courage" lay on the insole in bold letters, both powerful words he chose because he refused to be defeated by this illness. 
These sneakers were initially released back in 2010, with a cult-like following this very day. It is a great thing to see the Doernbecher III's make its return on July 20th, but the true blessing is Cole Johanson is doing great, attending Beaverton High School in Oregon, and gets a second chance at living his life thanks to the great doctors at Doernbecher Children's Hospital.
