Now meet the "Gatherer"....
In 2004 Nike dropped the "Hunter" Dunk SB
Low's they retailed for $70!! which go for at least $225 easy. But the "Hunter" had a companion that never released called the "Gatherer". The Gatherer is made of corduroy & sea grass with macrame hemp laces & recycled rubber soles. Unfortunately the sample got scrapped because it couldn't pass the Nike SB "Washer Test". A test that makes sure a sneaker can withstand being put through a washing machine. So we will never see these released but now we know the full story. However I think the better design was released being to "Hunter's"!.
