The future of footwear doesn't place all of its chips in new design, but also in eco-conscious materials. To re-create a shoe using materials that are not only environment friendly, but also structurally sound is where the light at the end of the tunnel truly exists. Puma has recently collaborated with Paris retailer Shinzo to create a trio of Puma classics, inspired by speedster Usain Bolt; the trio of kicks are featured in colorways taking after Bolt's Jamaican roots, and the shoes itself are created with eco-friendly leather, cork sockliners, recycled foam lasts, and other 'green' materials.
