The Kobe 9 "HTM" is a design that consists of the great minds of Hiroshi Fujiwara, Mark Parker, and the great Tinker Hatfield (not pictured.) The low top version of the Kobe 9 Elite series is a work of art, like its predecessor, none the less.

New colorways, like the Cool Grey and the Tonal Black, are examples of what we can expect from the Kobe 9 "HTM" line, with more colorways anticipated. I once said the Kobe 9's changed the evolution of the basketball sneaker. With three brilliant minds behind it, how could I be wrong?

The low tops maintain the FlyKnit, while the Dynamic FlyWire both loosens and tightens accordingly with foot motion. Hiroshi, Mark, and Tinker set out to give the athlete and the consumer a shoe with less constraints, and allows more fluid motion in the feet.
These kicks highlight the combination of new and future technology, and gives way to ideas to create a shoe that is one with the human body. After all, Nike is a performance shoe.
No release date yet as to when these jewels touch down on American soil, but they will be released on April 8th at the Nike Stadium in Milan, and Excelsior in Milan as well. A well crafted sneaker, the Kobe 9 "HTM" will be a welcome this summer, as the Black Mamba prepares for his last season with the Lakers as a player. I'm excited not only for the Kobe 9's and what they're doing out the gate, but to see what Nike has in store for the Kobe X's, which will be released in January, 2015. Cali "O" #TeamKickGame
