These shoes had a lot of hype around them when the first images hit the net however they seem to have lost steam with the abundant amount of "Cranberry" colored shoes that released before them. Nike really sucked the juice out of that orange. He doesn't even have to play basketball anymore to have one of the most recognized signature Nike 's ever. He provided a number of autographs while he was there. "I'm personall happy for everybody who really has Love for Penny & got their shoes autographed". NO EBAY!! , keep your shoes .

Does Nike REALLY Pay Attention To What We(Bloggers) Think? These NEW Penny(3) III's Look Just Like The "BP" 1/2 Cent Design!

I've always wondered if the "Suits" up at NIKE "really care about what we like/want to come out?". The owner of Nike Talk (Niketlk.com) 'BP' has put out a couple different pics of "colorways & designs" that he would like to see. In this case we have his version of the "Nike Air 1/2 Cent Penny's"(blk/slvr/burnt orng) & the (blk/egg plt/slvr). His Favorite "Penny" is the Penny III's & that's what they were designed around!.
Nike is set to release the Penny III's in wht/egg plt this Spring!. However when I saw these New Penny III's in blk/slvr it Instantly reminded me of the "BP" Design. That "Black & Metallic Silver" is soooo FUTURISTIC!! They just scream 2010,lol(can you tell how Excited they get me?lol). But seriously I think Nike caught wind of these "BP" joint's & did it "their way".
I personally think the Nike version of the "1/2 Cents" were incredible!. The "BP" version is not to be "Slept On" either & Nike knows this too!. When it comes to the Battle between the "Penny III's" I like BOTH versions from NIKE!(So sleek/& sharp). But "Please Believe" there paying attention!. -Mello

Yes,we has the official pic's of the 'Eggplant' & 'Cranberry' 1/2 Cents. I personally Love 'All' of the colors so far. So naturally when I saw them in the front window of a Sneaker store while I was in Harlem "I had to enquire!".

When I went inside dude told me they were some custom made. They took the 'metallic 1/2 Cents' & 'Air Brushed' them. They did come pretty close but "I personally would NEVER BUY something Like that". But that's just me. Maybe because I new they were eventually gonna drop.

I know Everybody is gonna feel the "Eggplant" color but BOTH color's are to commemorate when he played on 'MIAMI' & 'PHOENIX'. Ahh!! Can You Dig It???.
