His Airness was spotted chillin with his girlfriend. Many people were surprised that he wasn't wearing a pair of his own shoes. Instead he opted for a pair of Cole Hann "Coos Sport Oxford" shoes in Navy. Keep in mind Nike owns Cole Haan so he didn't stray away too far from the Nike family.
These look like some Michael Lau inspired "Wood Grain" shoes... These are some Dunk SB's he released in 2006.

Slated to release next month is a limited edition the Nike SB Zoom Stefan Janoski. Coming in its low-cut form, the sneakers, scheduled to release in June 2011 as a quickstrike, feature a brown woodgrain-style upper with tonal leather trim, a suede Swoosh and leather laces. Sitting beneath the shoe is the standard, skate-able, white vulcanized sole. The release will be limited and the shoes will only be available through select Nike SB distributors. According to previous reports, no more than 1,500 pairs were made to release, that hasn’t been confirmed by Nike SB, however.

I'm not really a Vans kind of dude, "Vans" remind me of "Keds"!. I remember in elementary school when a kid would come in wearing "Keds" we called them "Bruce Lee" shoes!LMAO (That's Still Funny!!). Three more Gucci boat shoes have released from their Spring/Summer 2010 Collection. Continuing with the vulcanized sole treatment, the shoes come in two variations. The first is the same style we say before in a nice tan suede, while the second takes on a more traditional nautical style in red or navy leather. Nice clean branding, with not much more than the red/green color story on the foxing stripe. Now available from Concepts.
We present our Nike Spring 2010 footwear preview and give you a first detailed look at another highlight. The Stefan Janoski SB has been very well received and even outside of skateboarding it has become a strong casual sneaker. Next month it will be released in a Dark Army Sail colorway, featuring suede and corduroy on the upper, making it the perfect pre-summer sneaker.
DQM just got in their January shipment of Nike SB’s which includes a Blazer, P-rod 2, Zoom Janoski, Dunk Mid, and Bruin. Not a fan of swooshless Blazer but I see where they where going with the “Watermelon” theme. If I had to pick one from January it would have to be the Zoom Janoski’s (boat shoes).
